> Piandré is one of the Philippines' largest single-owned salon chains, founded in 1987 by entrepreneur Rosalinda "Linda" Zamora Francisco. Its roots trace to 1980, when Linda and her sister Monina Francisco Bermejo ran a small salon in Magallanes Village. The name "Piandré" combines the initials of Linda's three daughters — Peachy (PI), Aina (AN), and Andrea (DRE). Today Andrea Lorenzana is General Manager. Piandré operates salons across Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao; the flagship is the five-level LZF Building on Timog Avenue, Quezon City. Services: Cut & Finishing, Colour, Hair Treatments, Straightening & Smoothing, Curling & Perming, Make-up, Facial Treatments, Nails (Hands & Feet), Massage, and Waxing & Threading — no published price list; the menu is consultation-based. Professional products: Lakmé, the Barcelona-based haircare brand used in 70 countries. A 300-member Salon Multipurpose Cooperative (established 1990) lets staff co-own branches such as U.P.
