We strive to be professional every step of the way in all our services, keeping the clients informed of all procedures and giving them the respect they deserve at all times.  We work hard to keep our clients happy and satisfied with the quality and consistency of our services. Our client’s can always count on the Management team headed by Linda Francisco and her children, to be always on-hand to respond promptly to their needs and concerns. We are fortunate to have a loyal client base– some of whom have been with us since the eighties.  We believe that building the trust and confidence of our clients is the heart of our business. We achieve this through thousands of small acts of kindness, by nurturing relationships with our clients and showing them love through our sincerity. Through the years, our clients have come to count on Piandré as a haven or a second home, where they can expect to be treated with the utmost care and concern.
Each salon has private rooms for those clients who would like to have some personal space while enjoying our services. Wax and facial rooms are also in private rooms. Men have a designated area as well for their ease and comfort- although they are very much welcome in the salon’s main floor. The salons use a computerized system, STX in managing its salon bookings and appointment. Client’s information is carefully stored for easy access to such information as their last visit, who did their hair color or any other service, birthdays and so on. There is a strict sanitation standard in place that ensures that all utensils are properly sterilized for the safety of our clients. Piandré also has a safety procedure in place especially for coloring, waxing, nail and massage services.
Piandré stylists are trained mostly from the ground up by our Creative Director, Andrea Zulueta-Lorenzana and her team of Trainors. Stylists go through a rigorous 6 month curriculum that Lorenzana designed based on her studies at Vidal Sassoon, London and the American-based Pivot Point Academy system. Style is ever-changing and what is in one year can be out the next. What Lorenzana emphasizes is that there are basic styles and shapes that must be learned by heart and these, when mastered, are the basic foundation of any good cut. Adapting the teaching method and curriculum to the nuances of the Philippine character and persona is not a walk in the park. But Lorenzana knows that it is only with a solid foundation that all good hair stylists can grow and develop well. Continuous training and exposure trips both here and abroad ensure that our stylists keep up with the trend and get better and better with time. Trips abroad every year not only provide for meaningful bonding time for staff and Management but also open up the world view of the staff. Seeing new cultures and getting inspired with new perspectives, tastes and experiences help keep the stylists creative and open to learning.
The Piandré community is a group of about 350 people who we count on everyday to bring to life our brand of customer service and excellence. Piandré does have a distinct company culture developed through the years by a very hands-on management style. This is exemplified foremost by Linda Francisco who is part boss, part counselor, and mentor to the employees. As a result, there is a familial bond and a culture of caring and a sense that each is responsible for the other. There is a mentoring program in place where senior staff members share their expertise with the juniors thereby promoting an environment of shared learning and guidance.
We have a strong skills training and values formation program for our staff and try to provide them with new opportunities for personal and professional growth and fulfillment.  We commit ourselves to the total development of all Piandre employees and recognize our role in sharing the values of Jesus Christ to the whole Piandré community.  A core program is the spiritual formation of all the staff and all employees are encouraged to participate in the yearly 3 day retreats, Advent recollections and New Year’s masses which have been a Piandré tradition for over 20 years.
