Established in 1987 by entrepreneur Rosalinda "Linda" Zamora Francisco, Piandre Salon traces its roots back to 1980 when Linda, along with her sister Monina Francisco Bermejo, owned a small salon in Magallanes Village. Gifted by their mother Pacita Zamora Francisco, the venture laid the foundation for what would later become a high-end salon in Makati.
The journey began with the management of Eve’s Salon, and in 1987, Piandre was born, competing with established salons in Makati. The name Piandré is a combination of the first initials of Linda's three daughters: Peachy (PI), Anna (AN), and Andrea (DRE).
This endeavor involved experimenting with salons such as Gem Salon, Systema along JP Rizal, and Liza and Frank in MarketMarket!, the latter cleverly named after Linda's initials.
Regrettably, these endeavors were short-lived, grappling with the challenges posed by the substantial overhead costs required to uphold the standard of quality service synonymous with the Piandré brand.
Despite initial struggles, Piandré persevered and, over the past decade, has gained a significant share of the AB market, striving to be the most trustworthy salon in the country.
Today, Andrea Lorenzana, one of Rosalinda's daughters, serves as the General Manager, while Aina Valencia oversees salon decor and stylist color training. Peachy Maxwald, the eldest daughter, consults for the Salon Multipurpose Cooperative, which owns branches in Cloverleaf QC and UP Town, near Ateneo University.
With expansion in mind, Piandre is set to have 15 branches, including 13 in Manila, one in Cebu, and another in Davao. Additionally, Piandre extends its influence through Salon Beautifier Inc (SBI), which owns the Timog Building with an events place, and the Lakmé Distributorship, offering the Barcelona-based haircare brand.

Daily 3 o’clock Prayer
A cherished daily tradition at Piandré, the 3 o'clock prayer serves as a moment of reflection and spiritual connection for all Piandre branches. This brief pause in the day allows the team to come together, express gratitude, and seek guidance, fostering a harmonious and spiritually centered work environment.
Mass Weddings & Recollections
Mass weddings symbolize the celebration of love and unity within the Piandre community. Recollections provide dedicated moments for introspection and spiritual growth. Monthly Rosary Brigades, on the other hand, signify a collective effort to strengthen the bond of faith, creating a supportive and uplifting atmosphere within the Piandre family.
Mass of the Holy Spirit + Blessing of the Hands
At Piandre, our commitment to enduring partnerships is embodied in the annual ceremony, combining the Mass of the Holy Spirit and the Blessing of the Hands. In this heartfelt gathering, we express gratitude and foster a familial atmosphere.
Following the Mass of the Holy Spirit, where we collectively give thanks, we take pride in presenting **Loyalty Awards.** This honors staff with remarkable years of unwavering service, showcasing our commitment to a nurturing work environment.
The subsequent 'Blessing of the Hands' marks the beginning of the year, allowing employees to express gratitude and receive blessings, setting a positive tone for the year ahead.
Salon Multipurpose Cooperative
Established in 1990, the Salon Multipurpose Cooperative at Piandré has been a dynamic force in uplifting our employees' lives. Staff ownership of our U.P. Town and Cloverfield branches not only signifies a commitment to shared success but also empowers our employees as stakeholders in the Piandré journey.
Beyond ownership, the cooperative is a key financier for various aspirations, supporting property ownership, small businesses, and access to quality college education.
Saving Trainings
As part of our cooperative, Piandré understands the importance of financial literacy. We offer saving trainings to equip our employees with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed decisions about their finances, ensuring a secure and stable future.
