The customer shall be given 7 days to return an item from the date the item was received.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received.
The item must be in its original packaging.
The customer must present the receipt or proof of purchase for the item being returned.
REFUND
Once the item is received, it shall be inspected for eligibility for return.
If for exchange, the new item will be shipped to the customer after any difference in price has been settled by the customer.
If for refund, the amount will be will be returned to the customer through check.
SHIPPING
The customer shall be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returning of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The cost of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer shall be for the account of the customer.
