We were hit with the international shipping crisis with major delays but now we are back to normal with all your favorite products onhand so don't forget to pick up a shampoo when you go to the salon.
Lastly, on a more personal note, I was asked to speak at two online business meetings lately, and we were asked the question, “how have we survived the last 19 months intact?” and we have realized that the compassion and fervor of our clients to see us succeed has been a huge factor.
Indeed, we have felt God’s grace through our clients in the big and small things - when some clients include their helpers in the home service, or think of us to get a makeover (even if they don’t go out) or even give us feedback privately instead of posting online. Please know that all this is much appreciated by my family, staff and all those who depend on our 380 people. We are buoyed by the outpouring of support and can finally see the horizon.
