Alan Pineda was our first employee who Ma'am Linda recruited after the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo in 1991, from Pampanga, the province most affected by the disaster. She found him cutting hair in the community basketball court and offered him a job in Manila, two hours away. #KwentongPiandre
