Legal
This policy explains what personal information Piandré collects through this website, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Effective date: 30 June 2026
This website, piandre.com, is operated by Piandré Salon, Inc. ("Piandré", "we", "us", "our"), together with its associate Salon Beautifier, Inc. We are the personal information controller responsible for the information described here. For any privacy question or request, you can reach us through our contact form.
Information you give us. When you request an appointment through our booking form or booking chat, we collect your full name, mobile number, email address, the branch you choose, the services you are interested in, your preferred date and time, any stylist preference, and any notes or messages you add. If you ask us to remember the stylist you "usually" request, we match the phone number and email you enter against our existing records. If you contact us directly, we receive whatever information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and security providers process technical information such as your IP address and details about your browser and device. To protect our forms from bots and spam, Cloudflare Turnstile processes signals about your visit, including your IP address, your browser User-Agent, a TLS fingerprint, and the address of the page making the request (see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy). A booking request also records the web address you arrived from (the referrer).
What we do not do. We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.
We use your information to receive and act on your booking request and to contact you by phone, text, Viber, or email to confirm your appointment; to send you a booking confirmation by email; to recognise a returning client's preferred stylist when you ask us to; to protect our forms and website against bots, spam, and abuse; and to operate, maintain, and improve the website.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), we rely on the following bases: the processing necessary to respond to and fulfil the booking or service you request; your consent, where you provide optional information or otherwise reach out to us; and our legitimate interests in running, securing, and improving our site and our service, weighed against your rights and interests.
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. To stop a single booking from being submitted twice by accident, the site stores a small marker in your browser's local storage. Some third-party components we embed, such as maps and web fonts on our pages and the security service that protects our forms, may set their own cookies or receive your IP address when they load; their use of that information is governed by their own policies.
We share your information only as needed to run our booking service, and only with providers who process it on our behalf or as part of delivering the site:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
Some of the providers above store or process data on servers located outside the Philippines. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to receive a level of protection consistent with the Data Privacy Act.
We keep your booking information for as long as we need it to handle your request and provide our services, and after that only for as long as necessary for legitimate business or legal purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to be informed about how your information is processed; to access the information we hold about you; to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing; to have inaccurate information corrected; to have your information erased or blocked in the circumstances the law allows; to data portability; to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission; and to be indemnified for damage caused by unlawful processing.
To exercise any of these rights, submit a request through our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before we act on your request, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, including database row-level security, encryption of data in transit over HTTPS, bot and spam protection, and limiting access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to address any issue responsibly.
This website and our online services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us information without consent, please contact us so we can remove it.
Our site links to third-party sites, such as our Instagram and Facebook pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; their use of your information is governed by their own policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised, and any material change will be reflected here.
For any question or request about your personal information, contact Piandré Salon, Inc. through our contact form. If you believe your data privacy rights have been violated, you may also contact the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines at privacy.gov.ph.
